CSERIESSYMM Procedure

@CSeriesSymm symmetrizes a complex series.

@CSeriesSymm cs

Parameters

cs	complex series which is symmetrized in place. Because of the way RATS defines frequencies, entry 1 is 0, others are \(2\pi(t-1)/N\), so the aliases for the negative frequencies start at \(N\) and work backwards. Entries 2,...,N/2 are copied to N, N-1, ... in order.
