Dialog Box: Standardize Name Format

The "Standardize Name Format" dialog box is brought up by the Edit>Standardize Name Format... operation. Before doing that, select the player names that you want to (possibly) change. (Some may already be correct). This gives you the options for the new format.

The assumption is that, if a current name has a comma, that it's last,first, and if the current name has no comma, it's first last. The first of these is unlikely to pose any problem other than capitalization (de la Torre will be rendered De La Torre in mixed case). The latter is more likely to produce an incorrect result since there's nothing in a three or more part name to show which is first and which is last. The assumption is that there is only one last name, so Jim Bob Walton will be (correctly) Walton, Jim Bob, and Jim Bob de la Torre will be (incorrectly) Torre, Jim Bob De La.
