How To: Show/Print Team Standings (team tournament)

For true team tournaments (as opposed to combined team/individual tournaments), WinTD treats each team as an individual player. Thus, to get the standings for team tournaments, you simply use the standard Reports>Print X Table or Reports>Show Prize Lists operations.
