File associations and RATS autostart

Hi Tom,
When I first installed RATS, it created a folder with shortcuts on my desktop. I didn't need that folder so I deleted it. Now, every time I want to start an .RPF file with RATS directly by clicking on it (with RATS not opened when I do that), it says RATS needs to be configured first, and then places the shortcuts folder again on my desktop. If I leave that folder in place, file associations work just fine and RATS starts without any problems when I click on RPF files.
Can you please explain what is going on, and how should I remove the problem?
Thanks,
Marin
