PANIC method-RMA(recursive mean adjustment)

Hi Tom,
I am studying on unemployment hysteresis
I want to use PANIC method( Bai and Ng,2004) to identify the common and idosyncratic components. Also, RMA for testing unit roots.
I cannot find any code for PANIC-RMA , on the forum or somewhere else.
I want to ask, which document should I look or article for RATS?
