Loading data & running the codes

Hello,
I am new to the WinRATS programme. I am trying to load the data and execute the commands together. I have one excel
data file and one rpf command file. In the window I am writing these commands:

OPEN DATA "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Estima\WinRATS Pro 9.1 Trial\dy_ijf2012_data.xlsx"
CALENDAR (D) 1999:1:25
DATA(FORMAT=XLSX,ORG=COLUMNS) 1999:01:25 2010:01:29 SP500 R_10Y DJUBSCOM USDX
"C:\Users\Public\Documents\Estima\WinRATS Pro 9.1 Trial\dyijf2012.rpf" /run

The programme does not execute anything even if I copy the commands in rpf file. It says expected instruction. I don't know
if I am doing something wrong. Could you please help me with this issue? :)

Thank you.

Don't confuse the two ways of running the program. The usual way is to open the RPF file, select all and hit the running man button. Now, your first three lines will not generate any output because they're just pulling data in. If you replace that fourth line with TABLE, select the four lines and hit the running man, you'll get the table of statistics on the data. You should probably look over the first few pages of the Introduction.
