Problem Forecast Rats 10.0

Dear Community,
i have problems with the forecast in Rats 10.0. I contacted the support two weeks ago, but not received an answer yet. Did the change something in the forecast comand? I have created a very simple example to show the problems. I made model which containy only one formular which is a constant. The forecast does solve it Rats 9.2 but not in Rats 10 as the two attached pictures should show.
Anyone an idea why rats 9.2 creates an other result that rats 10.0 ?
