How to set up CALENDAR

Unread post by hardmann »

Dear Tom:
There are three observations per month, one observation every ten days, and 36 observations per year. The first two are the 10th and 20th day respectively, and the last one is the end of month data, with the 30th or 31st day. For February, it is the 28th or 29th day. How to set up CALENDAR?

Code: Select all

CALENDAR(ppy=36)

Best Regard

Is there a reason the precise days matter? PPY=36 will give you 36 periods per year, but that will be roughly every 10 days, with the extra 5 to 6 days basically spread evenly over the course of the year.
