New/Edit Project

The New/Edit Project dialog is brought up by the Project>New Project... operation (or File>New>Project..., the two are identical). It also is brought up by the Project>Edit Properties operation to change the information.

The Title is required and will be the name displayed in the title for the Project Window. The Author(s), Description and Help URL fields are all optional. If you include the Help URL, that will pop up in the browser if the user presses the toolbar button on the Project Window.
