EVAL Instruction

EVAL variable = real-valued expression

IEVAL variable = integer-valued expression

CEVAL variable = complex-valued expression

MEVAL variable = scalar expression from matrix

MATRIX matrix = matrix-valued expression

These were all replaced in Version 4 of RATS with the more general COMPUTE instruction, but they're still acceptable if you have an older program. Each was for a different type of expression.
