This pops up when you do Reports-Export to Web. This is what you use the pick the Player Window style that is used for the cross tables exported. See Change Layout for more on styles.
The "Web Posting" style (which is currently chosen in the sample list) is designed for this purpose. You might want to make sure minor changes to it, but it's a good idea to use that as a base.
