QUIT Instruction

QUIT (no parameters)

Closes a RATS format data file that you are altering using DEDIT. It does not save changes to the file. Use a SAVE instruction if you want to save any changes.

There is almost no need for this, since you would only use it if making the changes interactively, but the DEDIT commands are rarely the best way to make changes when working interactively.
