The "Print Cross Tables" dialog box appears whenever you do Report-Print X-Table when the report is for a team vs team section.
For Teams
Prints a cross table for the teams as a whole.
For Individuals by Board
Prints a cross table for the individuals grouped by their board number.
For Individuals by Team
Prints a cross table for the individuals grouped by their team (then board number within the team).
