With the Master(Team)-Convert Data File.., you can import a information about school teams from a spreadsheet or text file into a Master(Team) file. You can bring in as little as the school code and name, which would be enough to use it for doing team awards at a tournament, or a full set of mailing list information.
The file being imported should have one line per team. The top line of the file should identify the information in each column. These field names should be exact matches with the names below. If you have different names on your original file, you'll have to alter the file to rename the columns.
The field names that WinTD will process are:

Any fields not matching these names will be skipped in the import process.
To use this, first create or open a master team file (with Master(Team)-New Team List or Master(team)-Open Team List), then use Master(Team)-Convert Data File). Make sure you select the correct file format.
