If you have done the Text Size adjustment in the Accessibility (or Ease of Access) section in your Windows Settings, you can set the Use Accessibility Adjustment preference item to have WinTD make adjustments to the interface items that it controls: window lists, reports, dialogs. Anything directly controlled by Windows such as the menus will already be adjusted.

Note that this scales up the Display Font Size value, so don't make those large as well. In other words, if you set the Display Font Size to 10 points and the Windows Text Size Adjustment to 150%, then the font will actually be 15 points.

Some dialogs are too large to be properly rendered at higher adjustment levels (and smaller screens). The scaling within those will be reduced to keep the dialog fully visible on the screen.
