Hi!
It seems like there is some problem with my RATS pro 9.1. I would like to download the data from FRED. So, I open a new RATS data window and put the data in it (drag and drop). I save the file.
But, when I try to use it, RATS either crashes, or there is an alert message 'this file is already used by this or another process', which is not true, obviously.
Any suggestion what to do about it?
