Enhanced Meta File (EMF)

Dear RATS developers,

it might be a good idea to include the Enhanced Meta File (EMF) format for graphics. For those who want to import graphics into WORD/PPP this is better suited compared to the WMF or PDF format. WMF for example has its problems with dotted lines, a feature I haven't so far observed for the EMF format.

The lastest build of 9.2 uses a most recent version of WMF that does dashed lines
