if want to see the response of all variable to shocks in logcpi in both regime.....should i modify the onlyshocks like this
@MCGraphIRF(model=MSSysRegModel,onlyshocks=||logcpi,logcpi||,$
shocklabels=||"Regime 1","Regime 2"||,$
varlabels=||"Cap Util","CPI","Oil Price"||,$
footer="Responses to Unit Impact Oil Shock")

No. The shocks are interleaved between the regimes, so 1 and 2 are the shocks to CUTIL in the two regimes, 3 and 4 are to CPI, and 5 and 6 are to oil prices. So you would want ONLYSHOCKS=||3,4||. How interesting those will be is a separate issue---the model is designed to separate the regimes based upon oil shock variance, so the response to CPI shocks might not be particularly interesting.

Dear Tom,

I am running Rats 9.2 in Mac. I am trying to running the mcmc type version of the programme. I get the following error ;

## CP18. MSSYSREGRESSION is not the Name of a PROCEDURE. (Did you forget to SOURCE?)
>>>>sysregression(time,<<<<
I also tried running

I have downloaded the mssysregression in the procedures.
I have attached RPF file.

Many thanks
Tasnim

You have a problem with the path to the procedures directory. That's in the Procedure Directories box in the "Directories" tab of the preferences:

https://estima.com/ratshelp/preferences ... ctoriesTab

It's possibly pointing to an older location.
