read data from Mysql

Dear Tom:
we use winrats read time series from mysql database. While series includes missing data in Mysql, eg, NULL, however, we get full series, missing data replacing with previous entry. How can I deal with it?

Can rats write directly data to MYSQL?
Now I use rats write the time series to xlsx, then use python write it to MYSQL
