Help window

With Windows 7 and RATS 8.1 (and 8.0) the size of the help window does not adjust to the users preferences from using it last time. Each time the starting size is too small. Maybe it is possible to change this so that the help window has the same size as when it has been closed last time each it is opened. (I am assuming that this is a general problem and not related to my machine.)

I don't think RATS has any control over how that gets opened, but we can look into it.
