Spatial 3SLS

Hello:

I would like to estimate a model consisting of 3 spatial simultaneous equations, using the generalized spatial three-stage Least Squares method (Kelejian and Prucha (2004),” Estimation of simultaneous systems of spatially interrelated cross sectional equations”, Journal of Econometrics, 118, 27-50). I can't seem to find a related program in the RESOURCES section. Can this be done using RATS? Please advise.
