The row below works for the Panel FMOLS while computing the residuals with individual betas:

However, I got the following error, when I used it with Panel DOLS:

Do anyone know how to solve this problem?

First of all, you need to check how your software is installed, as you are not getting the full error messages. (There should be a ratserrs.msg file in the same directory as the executable, and you need to have read access to it).
Is it possible that you have some individuals for which DOLS doesn't work because you run out of degrees of freedom? @PANELFM and @PANELDOLS use almost identical codings for computing the residuals, but @PANELDOLS has the potential degrees of freedom problem.

I am using WinRats Standard V 8.2 upgraded from V 8.1. Last year, I had an upgrading problem when my computer collapsed. Your company sent me a link to upgrade it again. May be the failure in the error message is due to this. I am going to try for your suggestions.
