RATSPro has a routine for running X12-ARIMA (X11) for sessionally adjusting data. However the BLS and the Census are now using X-13 ARIMA-SEATS (https://www.census.gov/ts/x13as/docX13ASHTML.pdf) where SEATS is now used to seasonally adjust some of the data instead of the X11 method.
Any chance that RATSPro will include X13-ARIMA-SEATS?
Thanks.
