Error message for Montevar

@MONTEVAR assumes that the most recently completed estimation instruction is the ESTIMATE for the VAR. You are inserting the estimation of the structural VAR. Move it up after the ESTIMATE and it will work fine.

Does it mean that @MONTEVAR does not work with Structural VAR?

Correct. You can only use it with a just-identified model. That's why you have to do some form of MCMC to analyze an SVAR.
