See Setting Up and Running a Tournament for a complete list of all the steps required to set up and run a typical tournament.
- Create a new tournament file by selecting the File-New Tournament operation. Enter a name and (optionally) the dates of the tournament in the Tournament Info dialog box.
- Create at least one section for the new tournament, using the Section-Add operation. This brings up the Add/Edit a Section Dialog Box. Even if your tournament has just one section, you must do this. This comes up automatically when you first do the New Tournament command.
