Dialog Box: Manual Pairing Numbers

This can be used to reorder the pairing numbers of the players. There is little reason to do this except perhaps in handling a Round Robin tournament that's being run on paper forms and needs to be entered manually. Select (one or more) players and do the "Move Up" and "Move Down" as needed. Each "move" will move the selected players one position in the chosen direction.
