Stacked Graph doesn't fill

I am graphing variance decomps from a VAR using the stacked graph style but the data in the graph do not start filling in until observation 15 or so. My code and data are attached. Any help would be appreciated.

Move the

smpl 1 nstep

up before the ERRORS instruction. The SET instructions for VDC11, etc. as you've written in will be governed by the "smpl ibegk iend"
