Generates and displays in a Report Window the information needed for a FIDE rating report. From the report window, you can export this for filing with FIDE.

The "FIDE Ratable" tag is used to distinguish between games which are FIDE ratable as a result of tournament conditions and time controls, and those which are not. Games which do not enter into a report because a player is unrated will be handled at the time a FIDE report is generated. Any game paired while a section is marked as "FIDE Ratable" (see Add/Edit a Section Dialog Box) will be tagged as ratable; any game paired while the FIDE ratable tag is off will be marked as not FIDE ratable. These three functions can be used to correct any errors in that assignment. Show FIDE Ratable will filter the games to show only those with the tag on. (Use Show All to return to the full list). The other two will change the tags of the selected games as the operation title describes.
